Facilitate agile processes for the development team in Salisbury, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scrum and development team to ensure process adherence.
• Educate team members on Agile methodology and scrum frameworks.
• Act as a buffer between the scrum team and the product owner.
• Maintain a safe working environment through active conflict resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Expertise in Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to facilitate team communication and resolve internal conflicts.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations via the product owner.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
