You will facilitate Agile processes and manage Scrum ceremonies for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Guide the team in adhering to Agile principles and Scrum frameworks.
• Remove blockers and impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Manage Scrum ceremonies for the team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in the Scrum framework.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
