Description

You facilitate Agile processes and manage project delivery timelines for the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to maintain flow.
• Partner with product owners to manage backlogs, incoming requests, and project scope.
• Remove obstacles, resolve conflicts, and guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity.
• Manage project timelines and quality standards for sprint deliverables.
• Handle external communications with customers and stakeholders while managing incident and problem resolution tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to manage project scope and delivery timelines effectively.
• Experience in incident and problem management processes.
• Ability to resolve technical tickets and meet agreed SLAs for ticket volume and resolution times.
• Experience facilitating internal communication and team collaboration.
• Background in coaching team members in Agile frameworks.
• Experience participating in service improvement plans and proposal creation.
• Experience with knowledge base management and training junior analysts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting interviews and participating in hiring drives.
