Description

You will lead Agile practices across multiple teams to ensure the delivery of complex software products.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment and clear objectives.
• Identify and resolve obstacles and challenges affecting project timelines and team progress.
• Coach teams in Agile best practices to drive self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Manage communication between developers, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure transparency.
• Implement feedback loops and regular performance sessions to enhance team efficiency and workflow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate team processes.
• Experience removing blockers and managing project-related information transparency.
• Strong mentorship skills for coaching teams in self-organization.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional roles including Product Owners and Developers.
• Any Graduate degree.
