Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments for the team in San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers and impediments to ensure team progress.
• Guide the team in following agile methodologies and best practices.
• Manage scrum workflows to maintain sprint velocity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to manage scrum workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with remote or hybrid team facilitation.
• Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks.
