Description

You will facilitate scrum and scaled agile ceremonies for multiple teams to deliver on the development backlog.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and backlog maintenance.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies while proactively removing impediments for the teams.
• Ensure all work is tracked in the backlog for both PI and sprint planning.
• Manage Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards.
• Balance and track work distribution across team members to ensure delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Hands-on software development experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with MS Teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
