Description

Facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments for multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of the development backlog.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and backlog maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and proactively remove impediments to keep work flowing.
• Track all work in the backlog to support both PI and sprint planning cycles.
• Enforce Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) standards across teams.
• Balance work distribution among team members to ensure consistent delivery velocity.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role.
• Hands-on software development experience to understand technical contexts.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for pipeline and work item management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and scaled agile frameworks.
• Experience using MS Teams for team communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
