Description

You will coach and facilitate cross-functional teams in implementing and improving Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospectives, managing impediment removal.
• Act as the communication hub between development, product, and program management to foresee risks and organize activities.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to build team trust.
• Support short and long-term release planning and maintain a healthy work backlog with Product Owners.
• Lead the development and tracking of team metrics, including velocity and burn-down.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT work experience with 1 year in an IT or software development setting executing Scrum.
• Knowledge of multiple agile development methodologies and frameworks.
• Understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals.
• Experience using agile tools, specifically Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in leading teams and driving cross-functional projects of medium to complex scope.
• Experience with Scrum and Scaled Agile practices.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
