Description

Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive delivery for one or more development teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, execution, reviews, retrospectives, and task definition.
• Remove impediments and guard the team from external disruptions to maintain focus.
• Coach the team on user story sizing, acceptance criteria, and iterative development fundamentals.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlog health and long-term release planning.
• Track and report on agile metrics including velocity, cycle time, and project status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT work experience.
• At least 1 year of scrum execution in an IT or software development setting.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving medium to complex cross-functional projects.
• Practical knowledge of multiple agile methodologies and frameworks.
• CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Release Management.
• Strong understanding of iterative and incremental development.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Collaborate with project and release managers on production deployment activities.
