Description

You will coach cross-functional teams in implementing and improving Agile practices while facilitating sprint cycles and removing impediments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, execution, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery.
• Act as the communication hub between development, product, and program management to foresee risks and organize activities.
• Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to build team trust and efficiency.
• Support release planning and maintain a healthy work backlog in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Lead the development and tracking of team metrics, including velocity and burn-down rates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT work experience with at least 1 year in an IT or software development setting executing Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of multiple Agile development methodologies and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of iterative and incremental development fundamentals.
• Proficiency in leading teams and driving cross-functional projects of medium to complex scope.
• Experience with Scrum and Scaled Agile practices.
• Hands-on experience using agile tools, specifically Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
