You will facilitate agile processes and manage delivery for scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage scrum teams using agile methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
• Decompose complex requirements and design specifications into smaller, actionable stories and components.
• Handle demand management and execution planning for agile teams.
• Facilitate ceremonies and remove impediments to keep the team moving.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing scrum teams.
• Proven track record of applying agile methodology.
• Experience decomposing requirements into granular stories and components.
• Direct experience in demand management and execution planning.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
