You will facilitate Agile processes to drive team productivity and alignment with product goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Align the team with product vision and sprint goals by working closely with the Product Owner.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open dialogue and effective conflict resolution.
• Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase organizational effectiveness.
• Clear impediments for the team and communicate organizational blockers to leadership.
• Coach and mentor teams through continuous improvement events and learning initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master.
• Deep expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks within product development environments.
• Strong adherence to core Agile values and principles.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated servant leadership mindset.
• Proficiency in facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with modern engineering practices including Unit Test-Driven Development, Acceptance Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration.

Preferred Skills

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
