Description

You will act as a Scrum Master and Business Systems Analyst for the Customer Success team, managing the product backlog and driving the delivery of Gainsight-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all scrum ceremonies and drive release planning.
• Publish scrum metrics including burndown charts and project progress summaries.
• Remove impediments obstructing team goals and coach members on Agile practices.
• Define Customer Success Management processes and solution architecture using Gainsight NXT.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, product managers, and architects to ensure alignment on milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business operations, or solutions architecture.
• Experience focused on the Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics stack within a SaaS or IaaS environment.
• Proven track record in the agile development cycle, running multiple sprints to deliver business initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Customer Success tools.
• Strong expertise in business process management and technology architecture.
• Ability to manage roadmap definition, tool evaluation, and business partnership.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and short-term/long-term planning skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Gainsight.
