Description

You will lead multiple agile software development teams to ensure delivery on sprint commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead two or more agile teams simultaneously within high-performing environments.
• Remove impediments to team delivery and overall performance.
• Prepare project plans to ensure completion within established time frames and budgets.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and resolve project challenges.
• Communicate project status and technical requirements to business and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile project management.
• Extensive experience acting as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams at once.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking project progress.
• Effective communication skills for articulating needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects to specific technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
