Description

You will guide teams in adopting and maintaining Agile and Scrum practices across IT projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Train teams on Agile/Scrum practices and standardize implementation across projects.
• Assess team Scrum maturity and coach teams toward higher levels of maturity.
• Set up processes, dashboards, and stories in Jira.
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Remove impediments or coach the team on impediment removal.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master practitioner.
• 1+ year experience training companies on Scrum/Agile migration.
• Knowledge of patterns and best practices (e.g., Burndown techniques, retrospective formats, story writing, velocity metrics).
• Excellent knowledge of Agile approaches including XP, Kanban, and FDD.
• Proficiency with Jira for process and story management.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and influencing skills.
