You will facilitate agile delivery for SAP S/4HANA implementations within a hybrid scaled Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader for 1–2 cross-functional teams comprising SAP functional, technical, and business members.
• Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Navigate hybrid governance by aligning agile team delivery with traditional PMO structures, stage gates, and RAID logs.
• Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and risks across SAP streams and legacy systems.
• Participate in scaled ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos to synchronize deliveries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or major ERP platforms such as SAP ECC, Oracle, or Workday.
• Proficiency with Scrum and Kanban frameworks within hybrid delivery models.
• Practical knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and traditional SAP project phases.
• Experience working within scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe) and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Technical familiarity with ABAP, PI/PO, and SAP functional areas.
• Expertise using Jira and Confluence for backlog and progress management.
• Proficiency in MS Project and SAP Solution Manager.
