Description

You will lead the implementation of SAFe 6 principles and drive Agile transformation across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt.
• Guide and coach teams in SAFe Lean-Agile principles to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive the team toward meeting sprint and release goals while coordinating with stakeholders to achieve Agile Release Train (ART) objectives.
• Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Identify and manage the impediments backlog to proactively remove obstacles.
