Description

You will facilitate agile delivery and manage project milestones to ensure team alignment with quarterly plans.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove technical, logistical, or interpersonal blockers to maintain team progress.
• Manage delivery by overseeing assigned epics, tracking milestones in Smartsheets, and accounting for production support in capacity plans.
• Coordinate release management and lead weekly project calls with stakeholders for highly dependent external projects.
• Protect the sprint by negotiating new incoming items and communicating capacity shifts caused by Sev 1 production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile delivery and scrum facilitation.
• Proficiency in Delivery Management and Quarterly Planning.
• Experience with Process Improvement and implementing actionable changes from retrospectives.
• Ability to manage RAID items and escalate delivery impacts to leadership.
• Experience using Smartsheets for task and milestone tracking.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills for managing expectations and providing progress updates.
• Ability to manage unplanned intake while maintaining quarterly plan integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Confluence for epic documentation and dependency tracking.
