Description

You will guide a team transitioning to Agile methodologies by ensuring Scrum theory, practices, and rules are strictly followed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies for teams new to the framework.
• Remove impediments to the development team's progress to maintain momentum.
• Coach stakeholders outside the Scrum Team on productive interactions to maximize value creation.
• Build high-performing teams by establishing shared visions, goals, and metrics.
• Enable team collaboration and accountability to drive results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Proven ability to implement Scrum theory and practices.
• Experience in impediment removal and team facilitation.
• Ability to establish common vision and team metrics.
• Strong leadership skills to manage team dynamics and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
