Description

You will manage the development and delivery of enterprise-level applications using Agile scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Remove impediments for the scrum team and escalate unresolved dependencies or risks to stakeholders.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy product backlog and preparing user stories for upcoming sprints.
• Generate and present sprint burn-down, release burn-down, and executive reports using Jira metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing feedback from retrospective sessions into future sprints.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience managing large or midsize enterprise application delivery.
• Expertise in Agile techniques including User Stories, iterative development, and incremental delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure Boards for story management and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ATDD and TDD.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing workflows.
• Proven track record of managing risks and presenting status reports to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• CSM, CSP, or CSPO certification.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud platform, Snowflake, or Tableau.
