Description

Lead Agile teams to deliver software through effective Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum techniques and manage key artifacts including Epics, user stories, and the definition of done.
• Drive backlog refinement sessions to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Provide servant leadership to the development team to remove blockers and improve delivery.
• Coordinate with software development teams to integrate automated testing into the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an Agile Project Management or Scrum Master role.
• Practical experience with Agile and Kanban software development frameworks.
• Background in IT delivery with direct software development experience.
• Deep understanding of Scrum artifacts and ceremonies.
• Strong communication and servant leadership capabilities.
• Experience with Scrum Master, Agile, and Software Development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience working within the Financial Services industry.
