Description

You will lead and coach Scrum teams to apply Agile principles and deliver high-quality products in Short Hills, Millburn, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Coach the team in self-organization, cross-functional skillsets, and domain knowledge.
• Remove team impediments by collaborating with other Scrum Masters to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Drive decision-making by working with the Scrum Team and internal and external stakeholders.
• Support teams assigned to Business as Usual (BAU) work and department initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8 years of hands-on experience specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working on an Agile Release Train.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Expertise in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and retrospection.
• Deep understanding of software development life cycle models and traditional project management principles.
• Experience with MasterCraft DevPlus - Team Edition - Scrum Management.
• Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
• Proven ability to manage pressure and work towards tight deadlines.
