Description

You will facilitate agile methodologies and manage technical delivery within the IT division.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Analyze user stories and features to identify technical impacts, gaps, and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize key initiatives and features.
• Liaise with developers to implement enhancements and track system issue resolution.
• Report initiative status to project steering committees and monitor product roadmap upgrades.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Expertise in Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to track and report technical project status.
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in digital marketing and Campaign Management products.
• Experience with customer identity management.
• Practical experience with website or mobile app technologies and software development.
