Description

Drive team performance and continuous improvement within Agile teams.

Advise teams on Agile values, practices, metrics, and processes to accelerate value delivery. Partner with the Product Owner to maintain the backlog and ensure effective Agile events. Remove impediments for the team and coordinate efforts across multiple system teams for integrated solutions. Reinforce and embed the Agile approach into daily work by engaging with team members and leadership. Maintain and update team performance metrics and artifacts for transparency.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with or in Agile teams.
• Introductory Scrum Master certification required.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and negotiation experience in VUCA environments.
• Substantial understanding of Agile practices, Kanban, and Lean.
• Experience working closely with a Product Owner to execute against the product roadmap.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Scrum Master certification.
