You will guide teams through Agile practices and drive continuous improvement for product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams in Agile practices, mindset, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs and deliver high-value outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Remove impediments and improve overall Agile maturity.
• Coach and mentor teams to boost collaboration and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency using Jira for backlog and tracking management.
• Understanding and application of Kanban and Lean principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate complex Agile ceremonies.
• Demonstrated coaching and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate level education or equivalent experience.
