Description

Lead work delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and value delivery in Spring, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sprint, Release, and PI ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Facilitate program-level ceremonies and steward team progress toward Sprint and Release goals.
• Identify and remove impediments, communicating impacts to stakeholders and Program leadership.
• Manage work delivery with a focus on CI, cycle time reduction, and dependency identification.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to establish team norms and promote high-performing practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile or Software Project Management.
• Expertise in Kanban and Agile facilitation.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Experience in Quality Assurance processes.
• Proven ability to act as a servant leader and coach.
• Strong ability to lead and influence without authority.
• Experience facilitating problem-solving in group settings.
• Knowledge of EAI.
