You facilitate Agile processes, ensuring Scrum practices are followed and fostering an efficient team environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that block team progress.
• Coach and mentor the Scrum team on Agile principles and self-management.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-defined and transparent product backlog.
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging process inspection and adaptation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Delivery principles.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps Server.
• Demonstrated Analytical Acumen.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Visual Basic and Java.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or PMP certification.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
