Description

You will enable software development teams to function effectively through Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Scrum teams to remove barriers to successful implementation.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and implement best practices for Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multiple teams to manage performance and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across broader organizational teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards.
• Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management and Scrum.
• Expertise in Agile Process Coaching.
• Deep knowledge of Agile Methods, specifically ADM for Distributed Agile Development.
• Bachelor's Degree.
