Description

Facilitate agile delivery for distributed onshore and offshore development teams within an SAP BTP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Product Owner and offshore development teams.
• Remove impediments affecting onshore and offshore workflows, specifically within hybrid models.
• Coordinate sprint deliverables to ensure alignment with SAP BTP architecture and performance standards.
• Track progress and provide stakeholder visibility using Jira or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 2+ years of experience leading hybrid onshore-offshore teams.
• Experience working within SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP development best practices.
• Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) designation.
• SAP Activate certification.
