Description

You will drive the implementation of the Scrum framework within an Agile project environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and Scrum principles to ensure adherence to framework standards.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Manage project timelines to keep the team on track and aligned with delivery goals.
• Liaise between the development team and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or Agile coaching.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and drive accountability.
• Skilled in problem-solving and workflow improvement techniques.
• Experience tracking performance using metrics like burndown charts.
• Any Graduate degree.
