Description

You will act as a Scrum Master and Team Coach for long-term engagements, driving Agile maturity and team delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coaching sessions to improve team delivery and flow.
• Manage workflows and project tracking using Jira and Jira Align.
• Maintain documentation and collaborative workspaces within Confluence and Fig Jam.
• Drive adherence to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles across the organization.
• Conduct Agility Health assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

• SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification.
• 10+ years of professional experience in Agile roles.
• Expertise in Jira Software for workflow management.
• Proficiency with Confluence for documentation.
• Experience using Fig Jam for collaboration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Jira Align for enterprise scaling.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
