Description

Own the Scrum Master and Tech Coordinator responsibilities for the Platform team, ensuring timely delivery and removing impediments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and tickets in Jira/Service Now, coordinating with secondary teams to complete tasks.
• Escalate impediments to the Head of Engineering and Solutions before deliverables are due.
• Facilitate onboarding for new colleagues in the Digital Transformation Program.
• Prepare and share status reports tailored to hiring manager requirements.
• Ensure compliance paperwork is completed timely for each product release.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical coordination or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• First Level Scrum Certification (CSM and/or PMI-ACP).
• Ability to teach and implement project management methodologies (e.g., PSPO, PMP, CBAP/CCBA).
• Basic knowledge of software development processes including CI/CD, API, deployment, release, versioning, libraries, code review, and automated testing.
• Understanding of QA frameworks, test types, and team roles (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, Designer).
• Experience managing escalations and building relationships with cross-functional teams like Cloud Operations and Security.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a technical or animal health science-related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PSPO, or PMP.
