Description

Own the Agile delivery process, facilitating ceremonies and optimizing requirements management while integrating Agentic AI practices into the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint ceremonies including backlog grooming, planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive PI Planning readiness by fostering Continuous Exploration, synthesizing vision, roadmap, and backlogs.
• Create project timelines and resource allocation plans while improving user story processes.
• Manage SCRUM artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Sprint Burn Down charts.
• Leverage knowledge of Agentic AI and autonomous systems to enhance development workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Rational Unified Process (RUP).
• Expertise in handling SCRUM artifacts and metrics.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to facilitate PI Planning and Pre/Post-PI meetings.
