You will lead Scrum ceremonies and facilitate agile processes for the team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments that prevent the team from meeting sprint goals.
• Guide the team in following agile principles and practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to work on-site in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
