Description

You act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT to deliver complex projects using agile methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrums, user story refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
• Manage and maintain the TFS backlog for multiple applications.
• Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Identify and resolve project impediments, risks, and issues to maintain sprint goals.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, architects, and vendors to implement project value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and TFS.
• Expertise in Business Process Analysis and Documentation.
• Strong skills in Business Requirements Elicitation and Workflow Analysis.
• Experience writing and managing User Stories.
• Advanced use of MS Visio and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
