Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies and manage multiple Scrum teams to ensure consistent project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product backlogs using Jira.
• Facilitate Scrum collaborations and all required agile ceremonies.
• Remove team impediments to maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead PI planning sessions within a SAFe Agile framework.
• Provide project delivery reporting and oversight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Strong proficiency in Jira for backlog management.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe Agile practices.
• Proven experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Expertise in servant leadership and team leadership.
• Hands-on experience with PI planning and agile ceremonies.
• Ability to organize and optimize complex product backlogs.
• Any Graduate degree.
