Description

You will bridge business needs and technical execution in retail banking, facilitating requirements, design, and implementation cycles.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document business and system needs, recommending technology solutions that align with sponsor objectives.
• Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, technical design, decision-making, and problem-solving across small and large groups.
• Lead detailed design phases, determining the optimal mix of configuration, development, and third-party vendor solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, component test plans, and configuration documentation.
• Provide backup support for the Scrum Master role and maintain strong rapport with stakeholders and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical facilitation within the Retail Banking domain.
• Proven experience facilitating requirements sessions and documenting complex system requirements.
• Hands-on proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Mural for project tracking and collaboration.
• Ability to create process flows using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Experience leading at least one full-cycle implementation project from initiation to close.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting agile ceremonies and Scrum Master duties.
