You will facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage sprint planning and backlog activities for a team within the Banking or Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage the sprint backlog and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Maintain Agile collaboration tools and generate sprint burndown and release burnup reports.
• Communicate progress reports and project updates to leadership.
• Drive Agile design and build sprint activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
• Background in Data and Analytics.
• Experience working within Banking or Financial Services (FS) environments.
• Proven ability in stakeholder communication and management.
• Proficiency in sprint planning and backlog management.
• Bachelor's degree.
