Description

You will guide development teams through Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure continuous progress.

Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to maintain team alignment.

Remove blockers and escalate critical issues that hinder team velocity.

Track and visualize team progress using burndown charts and velocity metrics to ensure transparency.

Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization activities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum framework ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles.
• Proficiency as a Scrum Master.
• Understanding of the Product Owner role responsibilities.
• Experience in facilitating Scrum framework ceremonies.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement.
