Description

You will lead Scrum teams through the full software development lifecycle in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Manage customer journey and story mapping sessions to define project requirements.
• Lead project teams and facilitate technical interactions between clients and internal developers.
• Oversee project delivery on Azure using continuous delivery practices.
• Coordinate workflows for projects involving Java, Oracle, and IBM BPM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or team leadership.
• Scrum Master certification or demonstrated experience managing Scrum projects in sprints.
• Hands-on experience working on Agile developed projects.
• Technical familiarity with Java and Oracle projects.
• Experience with IBM BPM.
• Experience managing projects on Azure with continuous delivery.
• Knowledge of DBMS and Oracle Database.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in the Public Sector.
