Description

You will lead 2-3 Scrum teams to ensure efficient software delivery and remove impediments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, stakeholder demos, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Establish and maintain the Team Agreement, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done.
• Manage dependencies between internal and external teams to maintain productivity.
• Partner with product owners and senior leadership to align user stories, epics, and roadmaps with business objectives.
• Track and report team metrics such as velocity, volatility, predictability, and cycle time.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of IT industry experience in a technical team leadership role.
• Scrum certification required.
• Demonstrated understanding of Agile, SAFe, and the end-to-end SDLC.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, including creating dashboards, filters, and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to identify, track, and facilitate the resolution of risks and issues.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Certification.
