Description

You will lead agile delivery and project management within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies and manage agile delivery processes.
• Manage teams consisting of more than 6 members.
• Handle stakeholder management and vendor management tasks.
• Drive IT delivery projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management or IT delivery.
• Strong background in the financial or banking industry.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure environments.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 6 or more members.
• Degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud migration projects.
