Description

Facilitate agile delivery and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle to ensure successful market launches.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define functional specifications, release plans, and product roadmaps to deliver prototype launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on go-to-market planning and revenue tracking for product launches.
• Identify new opportunities by sourcing requirements directly from customers or analyzing their needs.
• Manage, guide, and develop team members through active coaching and mentorship.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution and maintain team productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile environments.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for sprint management and progress tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align project goals and timelines.
• Ability to perform financial and commercial viability assessments for products.
