Description

You will facilitate Agile delivery and optimize team flow within a SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, and Infrastructure and Operation teams to prioritize the Team Backlog and align with organizational objectives.
• Coach teams on SAFe principles and practices to identify and eliminate bottlenecks to flow.
• Collaborate with developers and operations on application monitoring, production support, change management, and software quality.
• Execute transformation objectives including Cloud migration, Agile operation, DevOps, and Automation.
• Track and generate Scrum completion metrics and reports.

Required Skills

• 8-9 years of experience within information technology.
• Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Experience running Scrum ceremonies and managing impediments to closure.
• Experience operating in an Agile development environment.
• Knowledge of SAFe PM/PO or Scrum Master frameworks.
• Proficiency in JIRA and MS Project.
• Experience with data analytics, MS Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to support Cloud migration, DevOps, and Automation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe PM/PO and/or Scrum Master Certification.
