Description

You will lead cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and QA engineers through high-velocity sprints and complex backlog refinements for a multi-tenant Data Platform.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with organizational roadmaps.
• Partner with architects and developers to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, reducing post-deployment incidents.
• Manage complex dependencies across diverse segment teams to align tool development with scalable modernization objectives.
• Serve as the lead representative at Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions, utilizing automated validation logs to provide data-backed risk assessments.
• Define and enforce a rigorous Definition of Done that integrates automated regression testing as a mandatory gate.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in agile delivery roles.
• Experience leading teams including Qa Engineers, architects, and developers.
• Proficiency with Cucumber for automated testing validation.
• Ability to use Power Bi for generating risk assessment reports.
• Strong background in managing Data Platform or Data Fabric solutions.
• Proven track record of mitigating post-deployment risks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) sessions.
