Description

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide teams in adopting agile practices to ensure successful project delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Reviews.
• Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on delivery goals.
• Monitor team progress and metrics to provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Coach teams on agile principles and continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for small to large teams.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Proven ability to coach organizations in agile adoption.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
