You will guide cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework to deliver consistent value.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile practices to foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories.
• Monitor team progress using velocity, burndown charts, and carryover metrics to escalate risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Project Management roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Proficiency with Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
• Experience working directly with Developers, QA Testers, and Product Owners.
• Ability to track and interpret velocity and burndown charts.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating alignment between teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on GenAI or other AI-driven projects.
