You facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coach Agile principles to build self-managing, cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives with clear outcomes.
• Remove impediments early to minimize delivery risks and enable smooth sprint execution.
• Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
• Maintain transparency and stakeholder alignment using sprint dashboards and burndown charts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to act as a change agent promoting organizational agility.
• Strong experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
• Skilled in removing impediments and supporting incremental value delivery.
• Experience reinforcing Definition of Done and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stakeholder alignment and clear communication strategies.
