Key Responsibilities
 

• Guide teams and organizations in Agile/Scrum best practices and methodologies.
• Assess team maturity and coach teams toward continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and facilitate issue resolution.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, discussions, decision-making, team building, and conflict resolution.
• Support effective communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders.
• Support Product Owners with product backlog grooming and maintenance.
• Facilitate Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, or other appropriate methodologies.
• Promote servant leadership and lead by example.
• Help teams improve collaboration, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
• Work with stakeholders and Product Owners to support organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
 

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
• Scrum Master certification required.
• Experience with Change Management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience working with Agile development teams.

Preferred Qualifications
 

• Experience identifying and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience with Agile tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience creating and maintaining:
  • Product timelines
  • Status reports
  • Communication plans
  • Product management documentation
• Experience working in government, public-sector, or regulated environments
