Description

You will direct development and testing teams, manage the full Scrum process, and oversee work and release management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Agile ceremonies and maintain Scrum artifacts and tools.
• Manage projects from assignment through implementation and release.
• Analyze issues to determine if discrepancies are system bugs or input errors, then collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Support change management efforts and recommend process improvements.
• Manage testing schedules to meet deadlines and payroll cycles, ensuring quality and reducing risk.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in technology or software development.
• Scrum Master Certification (required).
• Deep knowledge of SDLC practices and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with DevSecOps and Agile methods.
• Proficiency with VersionOne or equivalent Agile project management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze anomalies and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payroll systems and processing.
• Mainframe knowledge.
